The 8 week course is designed around the exact training recruits do upon entry to the Army however it is scaled down as we are not training you to become soldiers. We train in various locations around the Northern Gold Coast from the beach to the bush to urban locations as well. Our training equipment consists of logs, tyres, kegs, chains, kettlebells and a whole lot more interesting tools. If you are looking for a SERIOUS change in your life then the H.A.R.D Fitness Challenge is for you.
