H & A Coffee House

Initially Customer service was abrupt and bordering on rude!
When asked if the soy milk they used was sweetened I got a shoulder shrug. A polite reply of 'I am unsure' would have been more customer service appropriate!?
We had 2 coffee's with soy and the coffee was lovely and in nice big mugs!
The waitress was delightful and bought our dog some watera big plus - thank you!
We were going to stay for something to eat but the abruptness of the lady serving was so unwelcoming - we moved on! I would not recommend this place as customer service is very important to me!
3 stars for the coffee (the soy was not the best) and a further star for the lovely girl who bought our dog a drink!

Be a daredevil and try that peppermint coffee - strange to think about - but tastes amazing!!! Great service

I love this place, wish I lived closer!! The cakes or sweets are beautiful and so well made!! It's almost like you've been to Paris and back again in an hour! The staff are so kind, and were happy to cater the milkshake to be smaller for my 3 yr old!! Thank you

Friendly, warm, welcoming for 6 of us. It's small and intimate best suited for 2-4 ppl but is a must go if your down the bay!
Coffee was lovely and the kids enjoyed an icecream old school style with a little colourful umbrella in it that they thought was wonderful.
