My evapotative cooler was damaged. I hired this company for repair.Absolute disaster did not know anything about coolers .Had six visits to repair his mistakes.He was fitting parts that were not compatable to the unit.He repaired the overflow pipe by rapping rags around it and spraying with a hardener.He tried four different controllers all did not work .One instance the fan did not turn its self off for eight days.Another time he tried to glue the rotating speed button to the face of the controller.Of coarse it fell off.Be very carefull hireing this business.I am $1025 out of pocket
as this business refused to return to repair the damage they caused i cecided to look into their history.no land line,no business address,no yellow pages,no letter head on their invoice,no google reviews,no business card & he arrived in a vehicle from another company wearing their uniform and i phoned simmalar businesses in their area and they had never heard about them.Also i inqured if they had a ABN they did not but registered the next day
