Asked for a new watch battery for a expensive watch and got it fixed in within 30 mins, I was pleased to see it working again so well as well as no damage, The staff were also quite friendly and I enjoyed having a chat with them while waiting for my watch, it was a great team of staff, the manager was also humourous and decent with his prices, I only needed to pay $15 which is cheaper than many other other jewelry stores I've visited, The whole aura of the shop is admirable and I definitely would recommend that you go visit the store if you are looking for great service.
We purchased my engagement ring from H&H Jewellery in 2014, and have visited every 6 months since to have it checked and cleaned for free. We are so pleased with the ring, Chris was very kind and honest, and sympathetic to us not having a huge budget. He took one of their stunning designs and personalised it just for us using some of my family diamonds. I love looking down at my finger and seeing the design and the sparkle. Chris is the Best Jeweller EVER:)
Manager was horrible to me. Overcharged me to fix my earrings ($65 when their other store quoted $35). I got a custom bracelet made and they made it not how I asked. The manager said that I am wrong (when i had written proof of what I asked to be made) and refused to change it. They know how to take money but provide a horrible and rude service.
I came here to have a piece repaired in 18Ct gold. I paid and took it home only to find the piece was blackening on me. As I know 9Ct turns black on me due to the higher silver content, I went back. The jeweller checked and it had been repaired with 9Ct although I had paid for 18Ct. He apologised for the mistake but it didn't inspire confidence to go back. I also took my sister's watch in for repair and never got it working again. When she took it to another jeweller, it was fine. I think the emphasis here is on new sales only. Proceed with caution!
My mum, 75+yo, bought a watch $120 H&H GlenhuntlyRd. The watch was not woking after she set the correct time. When I returned to the store they offered to change battery, but they coudnt do it that day so i returned in 2 days. After pick-up, that evenng the watch was lagging half an hour and the following day stopped. I returned again. The staff member tried to suggest I dropped it. The other staff member agreed to a refund. Be very careful buying anything there!!
