This is a large open and new shop, a 'new part' of the Chatswood Westfield renovation. Clean layout with good flow, very conducive to prolonged browsing and consequent spending! Good range of children's clothes. Average quality and affordable pricing - especially if you buy on sale!

With the new and improved section of Westfield Chatswood shopping centre comes the new H&M store. It occupies a part of a former food court area on the lower level to showcase its womens clothing, and an equally spaced shop floor up the escalator (from either inside the shop or from the shopping centre) for more womenswear, menswear, and kidswear collection.

It's a case of you get what you pay for. It's not top drawer designer quality, sometimes you just want something cheap and cheery. It can look like a shamozzle at times, so be prepared to find things yourself. Good for basics.

Always seems to be crowded. The long lines for dressing room ruin my shopping experience.

A great store but today it was extremely busy and messy. There were clothes on the floor and hangers everywhere. It made it quite a challenging place to shop and my friend and I didn't last long before we had to leave due to the crowds and the fact my pram was not able to move.
