where do i start with H&R!

I went in a did my tax return on the 22nd of July and i didn't have my bank details on me so i advised the staff who i was dealing with that i would email her as soon as i got back to the office. I emailed them my details that same day about 2 hours later and i thought that nothing else was to be done. I still hadn't got my tax refund back and i called through to the ATO they had advised me that the had not received my tax return. I went to H&R after years of doing my own tax thinking I should check with a professional that I was doing things right. They basically copied my tax from the previous year. Not a good experience and they charged $130.
