Terrible service, unpleasant and a waste of money. I actually left mid- appointment

Have had my tax return done here for a few years. It really does depend on the person you have do your tax return, but I've noticed that the person I've had in a previous year is never there the following year. After a really good experience there (where I felt the person had asked the right questions and made me aware of things I might not have been and seemed to do more for my tax return than I could have done myself) I went back to have a couple of years returns done.
