H&R Block

Incompetent trainees who don't have a clue. Took two weeks to do a simple return and they made that many errors. The manager was that rude trying to make out I was the problem.

Paid over $200 for a service where I felt I was telling the tax agent what to claim for me. My wife used to lodge returns through H&R block, but she switched to online tax returns. She lodged her return over a week after I went through H&R block. She gets her return in less than a week. I am still waiting after 30 days. I feel like I have made a big mistake going to this tax agent. A $240 mistake. I won't be using this company again. I have been let down, disappointed and ignored.

I won't be going to this again!

Made an appointment with Hn R block after work. They were accomondating and I was able to get to the office after work. Was told that cost starts from $90 and ended up paying $160. Disappointed the claim that "We take pride in providing every client with a tax return that establishes the lowest possible tax legally payable and is mathematically accurate" does not seem to be accurate. I don't see any much value added.
