Friendly staff, service was great but the head office is useless. They wont send your tax return until you issue them with extra proof. Gave them proof then they said I was still claiming to high. My husbands tax was fine and his was logged within a week. He'll be getting his soon and im now in the process of finding somewhere else to lodge mine. If they didnt have a head office to go over things it would be fine. But its taken me back 3 weeks now. Waste of my time.
