Honestly HIS travel services are 'as good as it gets, the best!'. We bought JR passes from HIS travel Sydney for our Japan trip. The office staff was so polite and so helpful. They were even happy to answer questions that did not relate to the JR pass and at no point they sounded pushy trying to sell any tour packages. If you want a taste of how great customer service can get, then please visit these guys. You'll get a taste of the Japanese customer service here. Really great and I will use HIS travel services again the next time I go to Japan.
