Worst hire company I've ever dealt with. The hummer broke down at the front of where the bride had to be picked up. It blew a head gasket, there was no offer of a replacement or no offer to reimburse us our money. The bride was told the car was ok to use so she jumped in and toxic fumes were blowing into the car right into peoples faces through the air con. Not to mention that hot air was blowing through it.
They were an absolute rude about the matter who seemed to think that because the limo arrived 15mins early that justifies the hummer breaking down and not issuing a reimbursement. If a substitute vehicle was offered things would have being different. ...read more
