Great Store, Highly Recommend it. Great Customer service with a large variety of dog food brands.

As per my review below, Manager, Dean, rang me and listened to my concerns, acknowledged that I should not have been kept waiting whilst they reviewed CCTV of my purchase, and apologised for my bad experience. I'm no longer cranky, and I actually do like this shop for buying my pet supplies. I will be a returning customer now. Customer service and experience,is important in retail.

Call me cranky, but we spend a lot of $$s at this shop! Today I called in to ask if they had found some fishtank weed I left there a few days ago- I bought a lot of stuff but when I got home the weed was missing (worth $7 only- it was my cheapest purchase!)
They told me that the weed hadn't been found. They were able to clearly see a record of my purchase on their system. THEN, they kept me waiting 10 mins whilst they checked their CCTV, out the back! I was actually happy to just pay for another lot, but was compelled to stand waiting while they checked, only to tell me that they 'thought' it had been put in the bag with my dog bones (it wasn't!) I felt like a criminal, trying to 'swing' a free sprig of fish weed from them! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would have thought that good-will would be more important to them.
