Hadwen's Prestige Collision Repairs

Absolutely Terrible!!! Never again. Waited over a week and half for a quote after 3 phone calls follow up still no response from Tyden.
Went to H.Hervey at Upper Coomera Gold Coast, so much more professional along with better service, better everything. Why lexus approves Hadwens as an approved repairer in Brisbane I dont know. If you need a repair or assistance just go straight to H.Hervey and avoid Hadwens at all costs

Brilliant service! Took a little longer than anticipated (2 days) BUT they did pick up on some suspension damage that the insurance assessors did not pick up on and coordinated with the insurance to ensure it got repaired properly. Thank you Hadwen's and Tim for your efforts in coordinating this and ensuring my car was fixed properly.

My brand new Peugeot RCZ suffered mainly cosmetic damage when it was run into from behind. My insurance company said that if they repaired it the car would have a total respray of the rear and left hand side of the car. I didn't want this as I was worried that if I wanted to sell the car at any stage, it would appear as if the car had been in a serious accident from behind and the side. Additionally, the excess on my policy was $600.00 and the insurance company recommended I shop the repair around a few different repairers to see how much it would cost.
