Will never purchase anything from here or anything associated with the haggle brand name again the after sales care should you have any issues with your product is shocking, the front wheels on my pram rattle like there is no tomorrow ( was not this bad when first used or when tested in shop!!) And the back wheel makes a squishing noise, not to mention how worn out the tires already are after only 10 weeks of use! i paid $600.for this pram.and would expect more.
They disagree with the front wheels rattling and claim it's normal and thays what you get when your pram has plastic wheels even though it was clear the display pram whilst having a little bit of a rattle was no where near as bad.
They were not willing to do anything other than replace the one wheel on the back, it just looked stupid having 3 worn out wheels and one brand new one. ...read more
Had a terrible experience with Baby Haggle Parafield. Purchased a car baby seat which was supposed to include the cost of installation. Initially we were told once we bought the chair that all we had to do was book in a time on a Tuesday for the install. Several weeks had to pass by because the staff didn't do afternoons, was on holidays, had been sick, etc. When it became urgent because bubs was coming, we called back to get told that no-one does installations at the Parafield store anymore and that we would have to go to Beverly for the job. Nice to get told that after the purchase and with no more choice. We felt a refund was in order since the company could no longer fulfil their obligations. We got everything for our baby from that shop and spent over $2000 but won't be back EVER AGAIN. Baby Haggle at Parafield cannot get the balance right between good value and good service.
Bit of advice - be wary in paying for goods upfront that aren't in stock and need to be shipped to this store!
We purchased a 5 piece nursery furniture set back in early July, with 3 of the pieces not in stock. We were reassured that the shipment would arrive in 4 weeks time, so being only 21 weeks pregnant at the time we didn't stress about it.

Have been to this store 4 times= 4 times too many!
My first visit was for a bath-seat. I had phoned prior to going in (to be sure it would be worth loading 4mth old in to the car) and when I got there it turned out I had been misquoted $24. They didnt have a very good range and what they did have was quite expensive. The cheapest one was $60 but I bought it out of desperation. Used it twice and it broke! The foam seat cover tore just from bubs sitting on it (what its designed for!) which made it unusable. I took it back and was refused a refund. I'm a first time nanny,be aware when shopping around first time mums are excited and buy the first thing,but me shopping around for my daughter,I saw the same car seat in to popular baby shops $100 diffrence.
This store is incredible. Its so little yet has so much variety!!! the girls that helped me were lovely and i couldn't have asked for any better service especially with my screaming 2 year old!!!
i got some great bargains, and even tried to get baby buntings to match the price but they wouldn't! i don't feel comfortable haggling but the staff made it fun and i love going in there every couple of weeks for my nappies (cheapest anywhere) to say hi. thanks girls.
