Haider Najjar

I had a bad experience with Dr Haider. My pregnancy was non complicated untill my son was post natally diagnosed with a condition. Even when he was rushed to surgery in D1 of life and passed away 7 weeks post birth I did not even get a phone call from Haider. I reached out 5 weeks post birth to get answers to why this happened and if it can be avoided in future pregnancies but all Dr Haider could say was it was bad luck. Luckily for us other doctors caring for my son stepped in and asked us run genetic testing and to push for a biopsy to rule out any genetic conditions. It was like after the birth I stopped being his patient as he had already collected his pay check. For the money spent we deserve better care.

Haider is an exceptional obstetrician. He has a wonderful relaxed manner, which is important when dealing with pregnant women. Haider does everything he can to ensure that both the mother and baby are as safe as possible. He spends his time talking to you and answering questions during consultations and will happily let you have a sneak peak of bub on the scanner in his room. During my second pregnancy, he had a midwife working with him too, which worked really well. My husband and I will be forever grateful to Haider, for bringing our sons safely into the world. Putting your childs life into someone elses hands is hard to do, but we have full faith in his ability and we hope to see him again in the years to come.
