I love Hair and Spa Addiction. I have been going there for over ten years and have never been disappointed. I had a massage and a facial. Best ever and I have been to a few different places but never will again. Wonderful experience. I'm moving to the country but will still be coming to Hair and Spa addiction.

Avoid this place like the plague! Booked in for half a head of foils and a hair cut as a new client and was charged just under $400! After questioning the price I was told the cost was high because 'they did so much'. No where during the process did they mention extra hidden costs. Was not impressed with the over all result as the hairdresser was inexperienced and did not listen. Did what she wanted not what I asked for- ended up with a very poorly executed balayage which looks like I have 10cm of regrowth and is not blended well. Asked for cool ash tones ended up with brassy blonde. Was charged $40 extra for curls which took 5 minutes to do and fell flat 5 minutes after I left the salon. Extremely disappointing to walk out with a colour you didn't ask for and be charged a small fortune for it- I was paying less seeing a senior stylist at a very high end salon elsewhere and was so happy with it. Yet again another wonderful trip to hair addiction. They were fast, efficient and I even brought a new friend in who received the new client glamour package! She got a cut and colour, treatment and a bunch of other things in a deal for a really low price. She loves it too! Thank you to all the girls
