Exceptional service (i.e. free coffee/tea; comfy seats; clean & stylish interior; friendly, knowledgeable staff; relaxing, neck-friendly wash basin chairs, which offer a 'massage' setting too!) at incredibly reasonable prices (I was & continue to be surprised by how inexpensive they are).
After my old salon continued to incorrectly apply my blonde foils (I get a full head of blonde foils/highlights and had noticed that my old colourist was not following-on from the previous weaved highlight pattern, creating a patchwork of 'blonde, my natural level 7 light brunette, blonde, natural, blonde, ect' up each hair strand, a very odd look), I chose to go here at the start of 2015, based on the positive reviews. I have never looked back.

I rang Hair Associates who were fully booked so directed me to their other Salon, Mostar on Canning hwy Bicton. Emily cut my hair from long to short. She listened to my every word and I have never had a better cut. People are asking who cut it and where so Emily, get ready to be BUSY! I love your/ my cut soooooo much! Thank you thankyou!

Very happy with my hair cut from Hair Associates. I got exactly what I wanted. Had my shoulder length hair cut to a cute little pixie style for just $55. They were even able to schedule my appointment for just 1 hour after I rang. Skilled service, great price, convenient schedule... Yay!

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. I always walk out with what I wanted. Prices are very reasonable. Also has a beauty salon tucked up the back so great being able to get all manner of things done under the same roof.
