What sort of business doesn't answer their phone and doesn't respond back to people when they leave a message? I have been trying to make an appointment for weeks. Clearly they don't want my business! I've now got my hair coloured, cut and styled at a more professional hair salon in macquarie. Thanks "hairbylex" for wasting my time!!!!
Hi I apologise for this inconvenience. I work on my own in the salon and had a 3 year old very sick In hospital with a rare blood disease over a period of two years. Was an extremely stressful time that I needed to prioritise my son before my business. My apologies again sorry didn’t even realise these reviews existed x
I have left several messages to make an appointment but have failed to receive a response. The lack of reply leaves me fustrated and disappointed so much so that I have now sought the services of someone else. I don't know how a business could be successful if they don't bother to get back to people!!!
