Traumatized. I’m a blonde who asked for her regrowth done in a slightly more natural tone (more golden less white). I was thrilled when I saw the result... until I arrived home an hour later to see that my hair had turned a Grey/Purply/Brown colour. I believe the toner was not washed out properly. After washing my hair numerous times most of the grey was gone and the blonde had partially returned, but it still wasn’t the blonde I left the salon with. I returned a week after my original appointment. They told me there was nothing they could do. The hairdresser insinuated the change in colour that occurred in my hair was my fault and not theirs? I was not offered a refund or any compensation, and when I asked for one she became extremely aggressive, took me out to the street and continued to yell. I had a panic attack, which never happens to me. I will never go back here and I don’t recommend any one does.

Get down and visit Sharni and the girls, great girls, great team and wonderful stylist. Cannot beat this local business for value for money.
