I'm so impressed with Hair Couture. I left feeling fantastic with my colour, foils and cut. Welcoming and friendly staff, professional salon and Sonia really is one of those experienced & professional hairdressers that knows how to deliver a great cut & style, and most impressively, how to to work with colour so it's done perfectly. I highly recommend Hair Couture Lawson to locals. I've tried many hairdressers over my 20yrs here in the blue mountains and haven't come across this level of ease and expertise; thank you for delivering fabulous hairdressing.

Don't know what planet you are on luv, but Hair Couture require an Appointment and does not advertise "No Appointment Necessary".!
They do however, take 'Walk ins' providing there is a Vacancy available!
I have to say, the level of Professionalism I have experienced there is outstanding! The 'new Owner' who has been there for the last 2 Years, prides herself in offering good Customer Service and does her utmost to make clients feel special.

Absolutely appalling!!!! No appointment needed it advertised, then called up before hand to ask a question and rude girl said they have no vacancies and I should of booked after advertising you could walk in, terrible customer service, was very excited to get hair done and they disappointed yet another customer, won't go there ever!!!
how can you say that it was appalling ... you didnt even get the chance to get your hair done.. i think your upset that someone said "no " no where have your described the service you had and therefore i have reported your comment
Worst example of customer service I have experienced in quite some time. Booked a week before. Turned up EARLY-(8am )and looked at colour chart only to be told they couldnt do my choice because they don't have enough time and dont have the colour.
Disgraceful! Turned out I wasted my time I the end I couldnt get a cut or colour-thanks for nothing!!
I recently had my first hair cut in 8 years. I found Uppercuts of Lawson to be so friendly and professional. I am so please to say I love my new hair style from very long to shoulder length. Thank you so much for making me feel fresh and new. Prices were excellent too.
this was the old owner, not The current one... the business has since changed and has been for the last 2 years, not 9 years
