Hi, I went to this salon to go two shades darker than my current hair shade (Playboy blonde), I usually dye my hair myself at home and never have had a problem doing so, I just wanted a treat.
I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointmnet only to be taken 45minutes later with no acknowledgement of the fact of my wait.

I went in just for a cut + blow out but I also received:
