Absolutely ridiculous! Only one hairdresser was working and she was outside with a client having a cigarette. My husband approached and asked if she had time for a quick haircut. Her response was "no, I'm about to put a colour in". I'm glad they're making enough money to refuse business, no offer to wait inside or anything.
