THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! I am a hairdresser of 9 years experience, I walked into the store to buy some peroxide there was no one on the shop floor so after waiting 5 mins I asked the stylist at the back of the shop if she could help me. She ignored me at first then just turned round from her customer (who she was cutting) and threw me a look that could kill, I apologised, and then asked her if she had any universal activator (as most hairdressers know some peroxides aren't compatible with some colours) she answered "yes" in a huffy way as if I was asking a ridiculous question.
