My sister went to get her first haircut since our mum died of cancer a few months ago, just a trim, some well deserved self care. She came home in tears, utterly devastated by the hacked mess they made of her hair. The first cut the hairdresser made, she said "whoops", then gave her short uneven bangs she didn't ask for. The other hairdresser came over, spoke in a language she didn't understand, which would be fine, if they didn't both LAUGH and make her feel like she was being mocked. Her hair was not wet before cutting, no attention was paid to her natural part or how she wears her hair. The hairdresser even told her it looked bad and she should go home and fix it! SHE PAID FOR THIS SERVICE. Get drunk and take a pair of scissors to your hair in the dark, you will get a better haircut than at this literal joke of a beauty service.
