Hair Ego

Im very upset , my hair short i went today to have a curls and my hair already washed at home they charged me over price and the result un happy i can do it at home much better .shame never be there

The owner is/was supposedly a Justice of the Peace. I asked this man to certify documents I had to provide to my university. I was treated in the most patronising, rude, brusque and vulgar manner by this old man. Terrible attitude. If he was on a mission to put his business in disrepute he achieved it on that day with me. I ended up gathering my documents out of his hands and telling him I would go elsewhere (to his surprise, as he began to attempt to talk me out of this). I went to the Liverpool Courthouse to be treated most courteously by a pair of lovely (also older) gentlemen. Vowed NEVER to use this hairdresser ever if that is how he treats people.

Horrible place and even worse owner. Staff looked too frightened to do or say anything. Owner works with rudeness / intimidation and bullying. Awful atmosphere. Would never go back.
