My local and my favourite for at l'esatto the past five years. Not only does Claude do a great CUT but they always go out of their way to fit me in at short notice AND if I ever have one of those HELP Gotta cut it NOW days and Claude isnT available I have had great experience with other members of his team following the cut he previously did for me. great people great coffee great hair five stars!

This place is terrible. They have no price lists. I ask for a price list and they say they just don't have price lists. Next thing I know I'm having my hair washed. The 'hair stylist' starts cutting my hair. I said I wanted layers. They do not cut layers. They forgot to cut my fringe and started blow drying it. I said cut it now. They did, but not short enough and it was cut crooked. Then when this whole terrible ordeal was done, it cost $97.80. Worst money I have ever spent in my life. I have complained to Customer Service at Macquarie Centre and am making a complaint to NSW Office of Fair Trading. Businesses must have a price list displayed, customers need to know what they are paying for. Worst hair salon I have ever been to.

I had a beautiful full head of highlights done. The stylist, Theresa, listened patiently to my instructions/requirements and did a lovely job. When I mentioned one little area that (in my view) just needed a tiny touch more hilighting she happily popped a couple more foils in and I was delighted with my finished 'do'. My hilights went from 'excellent' to 'perfect' in my eyes. I am VERY happy with my hair now - it's taken years off me! Thanks Theresa, Claud and the crew!!
