I had long blonde SHINY hair when I came in to get my roots done. Even the staff commented that they had never before seen shiny and such healthy blonde hair. I am going to say they have zero idea on how to treat hair. Left the bleach in for waaay to long, burnt my scalp (I was peeling scabby skin off my head for so long.), literally ruined my hair for good (had to get a fringe because it burnt half my hair off and has continued to cause problems 2 years on), made it so dry and disgusting that I ended up having to dye my hair brown because there was no chance for my hair to be blonde anymore. After all that the top of my hair was yellow and the rest was a beautiful white blonde. I also have to mention that AFTER bleaching my hair the staff then brushed my hair with the intensity and graciousness of an ape (I thought the number one rule of hairdressing was to be sooooo gentle when brushing wet/just bleached hair; my friend is a hairdresser and this is what she has ...read more
