Really the best hairdresser I've ever been to! I came in with a hair disaster from a high end hairdresser that cost $140 and they were a better service and cut. They listened to me and did exactly what I wished for. They fixed up the hair into a beautiful style and they were so kind! Honestly the best hairdresser I've ever been to.
Had my hair done here recently and will definitely be back. The vibe in the salon is so great and all the girls so friendly and welcoming. I've had heaps of compliments on my hair since and feel like I've finally found a hairdresser that knows what I want. Thanks girls xx
I have been going for a few years, I originally went regularly and got the foils, cut and toner for $99 deal. Then the deal wasn't offered any more and prices more that doubled suddenly so the hair dressers in there tried to soften the blow of that by doing the occasional extra for you, which was really nice and smart business sense on behalf of the hairdressers for the company's benefit.. Understanding that history I went last night to get my hair done, I walked in and handed them a card with the recipe of what I get done on it, they immediately asked which staff gave this to me last visit and isolated that staff and gave this person a good telling off. They then told me I'm not having the card returned that has been living in my wallet for 10 weeks! I said it's my property give it back and they refused. Had my hair done there last week and, as always, Rachael did a fantastic job with both the cut and colour. I am always happy with the expert advice I receive from her and the massage chairs are just divine. I wanted to go to sleep, it was so relaxing! I will never go to another hairdresser as long as Rachael is around because she's just fantastic and we always have a great chat - she's a lovely person as well as being a great hairdresser :)
