Appointment times not accurate to what you are being told by the service staff tell you over the phone. Staff are rude and uncaring. Not at all impressed with this salon or it's staff.
Please do yourself a favour and try somewhere else. There are plenty nearby who are very polite, professional and helpful.
I had my hair done at Hair la Monde in Toukley today for the first time. I was looking for a new hairdresser in Toukley as I hadn't found anyone I liked in the 14 years that I have lived here. From the moment i walked into the salon,I knewhis is yhe first time in my life that I have ever walked out of a salon feeling extremely happy with my new hairdo! I usually want to go straight home and (fix it) but for the first time ever,I walked away feeling very happy with my new style! I will be returning to this salon and I will be telling all my friends and family just how good Hair la Monde Toukley is! I am extremely happy!
