Worst experience ever - - never ever going back -they have waisted my time and money - my hair was supposed to be balayage and I look like a Siberian tiger I don't think at all the "hairdresser" knew how to do and advise me that by doing foils some high and some lower would give this blended effect !! It turned out absolutely horrible and the second in charge who did my hair was pretty abrupt - rude and not professional at all
Disgraceful. I wouldn't set foot in this place ever again. Had a groupon voucher to get my hair done, rang to book in and was told I could come in at 2pm. Everything was fine until I mentioned the voucher then all of a sudden they became booked out until next year!!!!!
They started spouting some rubbish about only having select stylists (if you can call them that) to do the vouchers. I've been to this Salon before and thought I'd give them another try, this just confirmed that they have no idea what they are doing. Quite frankly I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't around for much longer they certainly don't have very good Customer Service, skills or reviews.
DO NOT GO TO THIS HAIRSALON !! Worst experience of my life my hair is now so damaged before my hair was healthy and long, the management is so rude didn't even care that my hair looked horrible just wanted me to pay and leave because I was so upset, never ever go to hairlink !!
Each time it's taken the whole day to get my hair done the first time I went I was happy with my hair but the last 2 times I went they left the bleach in for far to long so my hair looked like it was white when they washed it (I'm a natural brunette) and now you can see singed hair on my head now that I'm trying to grow back all I wanted was a few foils...
Rude and arrogant! 1st time I went on a scoopon I was very happy with my hair and the service. Have been twice since and both times unimpressed. 2nd time I was rushed through, I had booked a wash and cut and they didn't even offer to wash my hair! I didn't want to create a fuss so left without saying anything thinking maybe they were having a bad day. Told the 3rd time that I hadn't booked when I had (the staff checked again and conceded). Then told that I couldn't have booked the management staff to cut my hair which I had. Then after washing my hair they left me at the sink with my head back in the basin for 20 minutes. Then I got the management staff who hacked at my hair. Obviously don't challenge them here as if you do they will take it out on your hair. No wonder the hair cuts are cheap! Even so I won't be returning.
