After my sister's eyebrows turned out fantastically, I made an appointment at Hair and Beauty Planet. Arrived beforehand and was told it would be a further 30 minute wait. Waited patiently for 45minutes and tried to ignore the filthy seats, floor and hygiene practices. When I asked how much longer the staff spoke to someone behind a mask (you know those little white masks) and completely ignored me. I don't care how great they do you eyebrows here. They've lost my service and everyone I tell.
