Texted the mobile for information. Late at replying constantly and didn't advise to call the store. Booked an appointment to bleach regrowth, foils and put extensions in. Drove more than an hour there through tolls. Get there. Not greeted nicely. Placed in a chair for twenty minutes. They ask what I want and I explained. They said no not going to happen and made me feel so dumb. After being quite rude to me and belittling me AND sitting there for nearly an hour, they bring out the quote. About $150 more than what I was originally quoted. They also got angry at me for texting them even though I was never told to call the store. I received no apology. At work the next day, I explained to my workmate what happened. She started explaining a story about nasty girls being rude to her mother about a week beforehand at a hairdresser.
