I have been coming into this salon for a few years now and am still amazed at the wonderful job that Mel does. My colour is perfect every time and nothing is too hard for her. My haircut is perfect too. She always makes time if I want a change and always has a smile. The only hairdresser I will let do my hair.
Cannot recommend her enough.

I can firmly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Anywhere else. They have no respect for appointment times, changing them on a whim with zero communication - and the "nothing we can do about" and "we're sorry" doesn't help with the one thing I needed from them. Hair care. At an allotted time. Fitting in with your needs? No chance.
really disappointed. Got my hair colored, one stylist started and then was left with another stylist to finish the job. Toner was applied and it did not come out correctly, one of the staff did try to fix my hair but instead turned it into one colour and now there are no highlights. I still had to pay $158 even though I left looking worse than when I came in. I have never felt so bad about my hair after leaving a salon in my life. The fact that I was sent away with a "nothing else we can do, sorry" approach was the most hurtful.
