gorgeous place to be pampered but very expensive, I only go there on special occasions

If you want to feel a million dollars, be treated like a queen, be served by classy, friendly staff, you have to go to Hair Phase Hoppers Crossing, they are awesome!

Wow cant believe irenew comments I have been getting my hair done for years and have only experience a friendly service and eager to please my friends and family go there and can't stop raving about them I can only say I always look forward to my next visit fabulous team and I highly recommend them to anyone...

Went there recently for cut colour and foils. I was greeted very warmly by all the staff but that's where the good experience stopped. I was attended to by the newly appointed staff but was horrified when I saw the final colour, nothing like what we had discussed, not light brown more a ginger and as for the highlights staff said they were very subtle, so subtle in fact my friend could only find three of them ($15.00 each). I was also charged an extra $10 to lock in this dreadful colour before having had a chance to see it. What a very disappointing experience. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Have to agree with Betty. I went there a few years ago and had not been back until recently. Nothing had changed. Hairdressers should have great "people skills" the staff do not make you feel welcome at all.
