This is a terrible experience. After waiting, it finally was my turn. They used their hands with dirty gloves(full of black perm oil) to touch my leather bag and put it in a broken wardrobe. Later on, a lady started to cut my hair. After 3 mins, she just left without saying anything. Then I sat there and waited for 30 mins like an idiot. Then she just finished washing and drying hair for a Korean customer. She seemed to be very happy and enjoying her conversation. Finally, she came back and asked me to go and wash my hair. The water was very cold and I was suffering and asked her to make it warmer but she just asked me not to move my head. Jesus, I caught a cold because of it and she finished my haircut within 5 or 6 mins in total. This was a terrible experience. I wonder if the lady could communicate in English or she was really that nasty. Terrible. Ruined my hair and cost $55. I have long straight hair and told staff only a trim to tidy the ends and no layers. Staff took off 10cm and layered another 15cm up to my shoulders. The layers are the frizziest and most uneven I have ever had. I need another cut to tidy it up. Stay away.
I have been going here for 3 years, they have always done a fantastic job. I have brown hair with blonde highlights and have never had any hairdresser match my root colour as well as these guys ( I have been to T & G and many other high end salons) they are also very cheap. I have long hair and have never paid more than 120 for highlights and a cut. Their English isn't great but who cares! Highly recommended.
