Terrible service, very unprofessional and clearly not trained properly. I wanted a simple wash and blowdry and instead, I left the salon with very oily and frizzy hair.
We offered you to do blow dry again, if you want. Because you said its oily, so you should mension the staff before put any products on your hair. I also offered you to take a complementary blowdry for next time.
The salon OWNER did this!!!!!! I should have stayed. Took my teenager daughter in for an CARAMEL OMBRÉ!!!! She came out with "Leopard" spots, BLONDE STREAKS and a SAVAGE cut to the bottom of her hair! Of course, her hair had been curled etc. so most of this wasn't visible till the next day! My daughter DIDN'T ask for blonde or spots! She was absolutely DEVASTATED!!!! Got it fixed elsewhere; they were shocked when they saw it...Only way to fix it was to COLOUR ALL her hair!!! This nightmare cost me over $300 from start to finish!! Never again!! Don't risk it!
It was very interesting story hearing from you. When I did the consultation with you, you absolutely have no idea what do you want for your daughter's hair ??? First you show me blond hair (level 13), which was your daughter hair dark black(Level 1). I said to you clearly, not everybody can deserve blonde in one session - except KIM KARDASHIAN. We tried our best with OLAPLEX in maximum. If you or your daughter were shocked about the colour, why not tell me before you left the shop. We are hairdresser not perfect, but is all hair is perfect !!!. I have kept picture, before I start. So If anyone have any curiosity, please feel free to get back to us. we will show what type of color she had before. My question is if you are really unhappy, 01. Why not get back to us, next morning.
