Bianca is amazing! She's an amazing piercer and really kind and encouraging to teenage girls getting their ears pierced for the first time. I cannot speak highly enough about this place. My daughter had a bad experience at another salon and was really nervous about trying again. Bianca did a very professional job and has helped us as the months have passed with advice on ear-care, changing earrings and even style! She'd very busy but always makes time for even the smallest request or to give advice. The girls on retail at the front are also super friendly and helpful. Best place for piercing in Inner West I would say.

I just had the best haircut I've ever had with this place and all for just $40. The hairdresser, Kurt is very creative, nifty with the scissors, confident and personable. Thank you so very much.

Hairhouse warehouse Burwood have the most amazing bunch of hairdressers who always have you leaving feeling like a million dollars. I always enjoy going in & being pampered with all the staff so friendly and welcoming. It’s so hard to find 1 decent hairdresser who listen to your wants & needs but in this salon they are all amazing!

First time since I’ve moved to Australia over 5 years ago that I left a hair salon feeling this happy with my hair.. the colour, cut, style! Everything!
Although my time in there took a bit longer than I expected, they listened to what I wanted and they were so friendly! I’ll definitely be going back :)

Really poor customer service. Went in to get a piercing, was told that I'd have to come back in half an hour because the piercer was on her break. I come back, and the piercer tells me to come back in an hour because all the other staff had gone on their breaks and she was alone in the store. I come back in an hour, and no joke, was told to come back in ten minutes because the piercer had gone on a break (how many breaks do you people have?) because she thought I would come back and I hadn't - FYI, I had returned ten minutes early. Come back and was charged $10 more than than the originally quoted price. When I went to pay staff was gossiping right in front of me. Complete lack of professionalism, never going back again. Whoever hires these people needs to hire better staff.
