Hairhouse Warehouse

Thought it was time for a bit of pamper. Booked for an extreme hair makeover. Got there half an hour earlier thinking I'll get home early as well. A staff started working on my hair, explained everything then got onto the job. The staff dyed my hair first then went onto another client. Meanwhile i sat there for more than an hour before the staff got back to me. During this time another staff who works there got a wash and cut from another colleague. I think that person didn't like the cut and kept on whinging for ages. Staff's face would've definitely turned a few customers away.The staff washes my hair then makes me sit there waiting again while that staff cuts another person's hair. Staff then leaves the person after the cut and starts to blow dry mine.

Staff seem unhappy here, it makes the expense of some of their products a little less pleasant. I always put sad staff down to poor management, though sometimes it is more than that. I tried to discourage a friend from getting her fringe trimmed here. It was a terrible bang up crooked job by a rude insincere hairdresser. She wished she just bought scissors and did it herself. The hair dresser didn't even brush the cut hair from her face .I returned once only to enquire about an out of stock product I couldn't find elsewhere at the time. I was rudely brushed off when another staff member overheard and assisted me? I quickly found a website for my product after that. I don't like walking in there much now

They are lucky I am rating them half a star.
