Got tape extensions for a wedding & they didn't even last a week !! Was waiting half hour after my appointment time to be seated !! They had a deal going for $400 which was meant to include a HAIR WASH extension applied & a cut and style ! I walk out without getting my hair washed no style and with extension that started falling out after 3 days & $30 dollars of shampoo for extension that they recommend !! When I called back to ask if I can come in to have them fixed the girl was so rude to me because I was unable to come back right them & there because I was away for this wedding . I asked why I was charged $400 when I didn't get what they had quoted me for ?? She then replied we'll if your hair is clean when U come In we don't wash it I replied but it's in Included on your deal yeah ? .. Yes but if it's clean it's not !! We were so upset after coming to this place last week! I brought my partner in for a haircut after getting a brilliant haircut last time we were there, but they had no idea who I was talking about when I asked for the same person who cut his hair last time and instead gave us a staff who I can only assume was a trainee?? This staff made my partner and I feel totally awkward and didn't understand what he wanted at all, They kept asking if we wanted it longer or shorter but couldn't understand what "short/no.2 sides, longer and spiked on top" meant and instead gave him what looked like a round bowl cut that was all the same length with shaved sides.. We wanted to explain and get them to do it right but we just couldn't make them understand and it was just such an awful experience that we didn't even want to be there anymore so we didn't bother..The back of his hair was very obviously lopsided, several people noticed and commented, even strangers! I've never felt as uncomfortable as I have in Hairhouse Warehouse Chirnside Park. The older staff are rude and uncaring, and always seem like they're happier talking to their fellow staff than to customers.

Considering how much I care about my own hair, I was hoping to find a local place that actually does the same, but sadly it is not here. I only enter if I know exactly what I want, as to avoid contact with the rude staff. Please, I implore you, do not go here if you can avoid it, your hair will be better off for it.

Excellent service,great helpful staff,very friendly and comfortable place to relax and have your hair done.
