I had such a bad customer experience today at Forest Hill that I couldn’t rate your service with any stars but It wouldn't take no stars, so I made it one star. Their Website said that the shop was open until 6pm. I left work early to get there in time to buy a specific make-up removal eraser and arrived at 5:31pm.....just as the staff were shutting the shop, I rang from outside and asked why they were shutting and they explained that they always shut at 5:30pm. I asked why their website stated that they shut at 6pm and they didn't couldn't explain why. I then asked who I could escalate to and was told that their manager was on holiday so they didn't know who to escalate to. I asked for a number for their Head Office and they didn't know the number. I see Corinna whenever I need anything for my hair. My boyfriend also sees her and we're both very happy. Lovely staff every time we go, but Corinna takes the cake. Fantastic advice re hair care products too. Highly recommend.

Nice staff and prompt service. Spent a good 3 hours on my hair to get it the blonde I wanted. Would go back!
