Absolutely terrible. Mel did my 14 year old daughters hair. Did the wrong colour, said she over toned it and cut too much off. Went back in to get a refund but the manager Danni was so rude and did not listen. She actually put her hand up in my face to stop me talking. My daughter was in tears and she didn't care, she was so heartless. They provide a service and by law if you don't get what you want you are entitled to a refund but she refused to give it. Never take your child there for a hair cut. They told me the owner would call me but that hasn't happened. Worst ever customer service. I'm taking them to court for breaching the sale and supply of goods and services act.

I came to do navel piercing . The lady who do my piercing mark a dot on my belly (she stand on my left to mark). It was noticeable on the left. I asked her to change,she moved the dot abit and tel me now it was more on the right to her .but that s look ok for me . After i got it done for few day i open bandage realize that it too off centre to the left. So disappointed with it plus the pain, bleed that i had. Waste of money , now i have to remove it and wait to do it again.

Lovely staff. Always take my kids here, have never had a bad haircut.

Absolutely enjoyed my time here . The staff are friendly and very honest . They fixed my damaged hair and gave me a decent colour.

I went in here looking for a hair dye I usually buy at the Geelong store, which by the way have lovely staff.

I was treated like an idiot as I tried to describe what I wanted to them, they were stern, blunt, and absolutely rude.

I walked out with a product they reccomended which made my hair horrible, dry, and fall out, and I will never go back there... not even to return the product (the unopened one of course) - in fear of being belittled like I was.
