Hairhouse Warehouse

Walked in today and really only needed an accessory, Antonia helped straight away with an excited approach. She was so genuine about wanting to help and make sure I got the right product.
She asked questions to ensure I was getting the right product.
There was another blonde hair lady who worked there and she also joined in the conversation and suggested what works well for her.
For me it was all about the delivery and the vibe that the girls created by being excited and genuine.... It wasnt a $500 sale it was more like a $30 sale but the girls still made me feel like I was the only person in the store at that time.

I wanted to write a review as I walked into 4 stores prior in highoint and was suprised how some people in even have jobs.... The girls in the hairhouse warehouse store however were a stand out so thanks again and thanks for making my visit an experience.

Exceptional customer service everytime. All the staff have amazing product knowledge and are always recommending the best products

The staff is like second family, my trip in australia will end by working for them and i'm really gratefull this was possible. Will keep a good memory of my time with them! Go see them they make an amazing job (:

Hairhouse Highpoint has amazing stuff especially Joanne Kmaid has exceptional customer service with a lovely smile now that’s the way to be like the old customer service which is hard to find. I also loved how Joanne supported the local arts community by donating raffle prizes for local made film nights. Hairhouse products are amazing gives great define, texture and shine to your hair its amazing. Thankyou Hairhouse Highpoint you guys have best customer service than whole centre by far. I’ll be sure to come back again ????????????????
