Had the best Balayage colour from the one and only Beyonce(Thomas). He is very thorough, took his time although it took awhile, the end result was amazing. Beyonces very entertaining and inspiring, if I could, I could watch him work all day. Best products he gave me and he educated me very welk. I also didnt want a trim so he did a split ends treatment which I love. His presence is very powerful and healing.

Ladies and Men, I would highly recommend Beyonce for a hairdresser, theres never a dull moment and you walk out feeling refreshed.

Worst experience I have Ever had at a salon! Went to get my hair cut and also colour was quoted $35 cut and $75 colour so booked an appointment, was seated in the chair and a staff were serving me they were very nice and stuck to the prices I was quoted, then I seen their management talkin to them rudely, the management came over put over $100 of product in front of me and then was trying to sell me in to getting foils and a blowdry, and the poor staff was standing next to them! I disagree with the management and ask to stick with what the first staff offered! And off they went the staff started my hair and had tears in their eyes, felt very sorry for them! At the end of my experience here I only see constant upsell not for the client only for the $$$$! Advise Never go here colour fades very fast only lasted 3weeks, and dnt enjoy the atmosphere!

I just recently attended this store and all I wanted was to get half a head of blonde foils and a hair cut ... When I called the store to make a appointment I was quoted 95 for foils and 35 for a hair cut and blow dry ...While the hairdresser was putting my foils in I kept tell staff I do not want it to be orange ... Staff kept telling me no I will not do that ... Finally after staff washed it out it was orange and then blow dried my hair and kept saying it looks nice yet the lighting there is really bad... I was disappointed but I didn't say anything ... And end up paying $240.00 .... I was a little shocked and when I said what the management was standing slowly moved away... But yet I made another silly mistake again and took my son there thinking staff would do a good hair cut on kids ... I was once again disappointed ... I went three times total... the first time hair was fine although staff were not very helpful and took a lot of time explaining all i needed was a trim and colour... second time they cut my hair wrong but colour was fine.

third and last time i went i had my hair dyed and it was tinged orange...

when the management finally came around to see what i was complaining about their response was that the hairdresser who did my hair put a wrong base in and there was nothing they could do for another week to 2 weeks to it because my hair would fall out if they dyed it again, after hearing this I was quite upset to which they told me that the hair colour was lovely and told another three hair dressers to come and tell me how beautiful my hair was and that they would give me a free blow dry.... unfortunately when you orange roots with dark brown hair that shines orange in the sun you don't feel to good...

but they still insisted on charging me $200

My experience here was great I went in for a hair cut and I'm usually hesitant because they never do it how I want it . But an apprentice here did an amazing job and did it how I wanted it done . The prices are a bit expensive but I would definatly pay it if my hair was cut that way each time :-)
