Went here once to try and get my hair dyed dark brown with blonde streaks or at least get advice on doing so. There was one staff working by herself this day and perhaps she was only an apprentice because she didn't seem that knowledgable and to be honest was not very helpful.
She proceeded to tell me what I wanted couldn't be done at all, which confused me as I think not being hairdresser myself that brown hair with blonde streaks is a pretty common look. She then changed her story to that it could be done but would cost extra as my hair was pretty long. I told her this was fine and money was no object and could we do it today if possible to which she replied "Well I couldn't do it today anyway, we are completely booked until next week" (I will point out that the salon was empty besides herself and I at this point).
Perhaps more experienced staff need to be working here on the weekends?
