Be careful of this store, will not take responsibility for a terrible colour/dye mistake. Worst experience dealing with the store manager “Dee” (don’t know her surname as she refused to give it to me). Ignores a real and honest explanation as to why I am unable to go to the back to the store so she can “see” my hair and “go from there” when told multiple times that I don’t live in the region as I was visiting and wanted to fix my hair somewhere else not there.

I was quoted $170 for regrowth, wash and blow dry. (My natural hair colour is dark brown). Once colour was washed off and I sat back in the chair I was in absolute shock to see that my regrowth was completely orange. WARNING: PRICES ARE GENUINELY CHEAPER ELSEWHERE. I purchased a GHD for $290 and contacted Head Office with proof other establishments were selling them for $229 in the hope they may consider providing me with a store credit for the difference paid. I was informed that Hairhouse Warehouse don't "price match" and that the Franchisee and Area Manager (Robina Store Manager) were consulted and advised "at the time of your purchase this item was not a promotional offer". To add insult to injury during our communications I received a promotional email from Hairhouse Warehouse advertising the exact same item for $229. Another establishment is now selling the GHD for $219!!! Shop around and you're bound to save significantly!!

The manager of this store was very rude! I went in willing to spend $350 on a hair straightener. I was so unsure which one to get and she wasn’t very helpful at all. I decided to buy a ghd but asked her what the exchange policy was in case I wanted to exchange it for the more expensive ghd and explained to her I wouldn’t use it I just wanted to read reviews. She said to me well if you don’t know then why are you even here buying it. I told her fine and walked out. Went to another hairdresser which were very helpful and ended up buying a cloud9 from them.

My bf Purchased a new ghd straightener 2 weeks ago and i received it last week for my birthday. I used it yesterday for the 2nd time and its now beeping red, and wont hest up. when i googled i discovered its a known error that alot of ghd users are having.

I rang the robina store and was refused a refund and told to ring ghd. I stated that its faulty and im entitled to a refund and was told no sorry and its not their problem!

After spending $300 i can assure you im very disappointed

I rang ghd and they were lovely to deal with although they did say im entitled to a refund from the store.

I then rang the store back and they refused to refund me.
Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Dont waste your money there, they sell faulty items and dont help their customers

Will never step foot in this place again. Staff are way over the top, pushing multiple, irrelevant and the most expensive products to purchase. Paid $80 for a haircut that was hacked to bits. Felt very forced to buy numerous products that were unnecessary and need to accept that no means no when I don't want to buy $240 worth of products for my hair. It is all just an act with the concern of helping the customer purely trained to just sell everything and anything. Were all as fake as their eyelashes.
