I was charged over 500 for hairhouse warehouse extensions and wasnt even able to wear my hair up for 6 weeks because they did a bad job of putting the tapes in andTHEN wanted to charge me 100 just to take them out after all the hassel i went through!! Atleast Gisborne charges HALF that price to remove them! Would not recomment ever getting tape ins here.
WOW!! what an amazing bunch of girls. I recently had my hair completely made over, not only my hairdresser was fantastic but the team there, work amazingly together. If you want to feel and look amazing all you need to do is visit the girls. The shop always looks great and well stocked and if they don't have the product there they will make sure they get it for you. Just like they did for me! The girls really do know their products. What a friendly bunch of girls.
I have mixed emotions about shopping here. There are many, MANY high-quality products available for sale, and the sales assistants are always polite and eager to help.
However, despite purporting to be hairdressers, I have found the workers to be unsure of many things, including their own products. When I asked for a particular product, the assistant seemed to answer vaguely, almost as if she didn't know how to go about locating the item which I asked for.
I would still recommend this store/salon because of the politeness of the staff.
