This place has absolutely horrible customer service. I came in with yellow roots and copper blonde ends and i specifically told her i wanted the yellow to turn into the copper blonde and that i had previously used one of the Goldwell toners. She looked at me as if i was absolutely stupid and told me to purchase the purple Goldwell toner for blonde hair. I continuously asked if she was certain and she made no attempt to reiterate that it may work differently with my hair. Instead she said "yes. I'm sure" as she rolled her eyes at me. I ended up using it multiple times only to have the blonde stay there. I went back and was told that there was nothing they could do about it. No one even made an attempt to suggest an alternative. So instead, i purchased the toner i was originially going to buy before i asked for her opinion and it worked out just as i wanted it to and got rid of the yellow parts and blended it all into copper blonde. Would not recommend anyone go to this store poor service and very rude staff, very disappointed. I Have now been in twice looking for advise on my hair. Both times I have come away feeling upset and fustrated, the staff who tried to serve me today looked at me with such attitude when I asked a question. This made me feel very upset, I am not a hair dresser thats why I am asking.

Very disappointed. I was served by a staff that completely ruined my hair. I asked for regrowth and this was hardly done. Not to mention staff's rudeness which lead me to leave to store with wet hair. I was unimpressed and I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.

Hairhouse Warehouse has cut my families hair and very happy with the service. The advice is also good and we will be returning for repeat business

This tidy little salon / warehouse, located in Garden City is very convenient and the service is excellent. I told a friendly assistant i had been using one of their products and that i wasn't happy with the results and she admitted it was no good and to try a different brand, which i am glad to say i am very happy with. NOt only did she reccomend the product, she also evaluated my needs and explained to me how to use it and what to avoid, which was very helpful. The staff are switched on and seem happy to be there, which is very refreshing and makes me want to return to take advantage of their good quality and reasonably priced services again, in fact...i think i will!
