I made the mistake of going for a "Brazilian Keratin" treatment right before my two week holiday, thinking I will have lovely smooth hair and have to spend less time straightening. They told me I can wash my hair the next day which seemed odd because according to several sources on the internet it must be left for three days. But apparently this is a new 'different' type. Well, it's obviously a bogus treatment because the ONLY difference it made was rendering my fringe COMPLETELY unmanageable. I had to spend my entire holiday with my fringe welded in an upward-slope fashion. $80 down the drain. The hairdresser was nice enough but I feel sorry for the poor 172 souls that bought this Scoopon.

What a nightmare. Do not go here if you value four hair, money and time.

I will not be returning to this salon. Blatant disregard for what was requested. I had asked for light layering around the face and no layering at the back. I had also asked for my hair to remain long enough to tie back. My hair is now too short to tie back and the hair is layered at the back. Extremely disappointing experience. Cheap salon that gives substandard hair cuts, better off spending a bit more and going to a decent salon.
