The website claims to sell virgin hair but it has heavily faded after only 3 washes and no longer matches my hair colour. Reached out for a resolution with photos provided took over a week to hear back, all that was offered was a discount on a future purchase. Advised this was not a suitable resolution then never heard back from them.
I can only describe dealing with this company as frustrating and unprofessional. Once you have placed an order, they ignore you.
I ordered extensions online, and the colour I received was so different I could not use them. I am out of pocket over 400 dollars.
All my attempts at a response have gone ignored.
