I have been going to this Salon for just under two years, and with great honesty i can say that this is one of the most awesome Hair Salons in the area. The atmosphere is ecstatic and the staff are amazing at what they do. Not only do you get your hair looking amazing every time, the staff , in particular Helen makes sure you are treated with dignity and great care. I have never had a bad experience with this salon and without doubt would recommend it to both males and females in the area, as their service embedded with their talent is truly unrivaled and flawless! I just hope they never change the way they do things-because its epic !

What a joke! Do not go to this hair salon. If you are not friends with the management you will get treated like s***. In 1 hour all you will get is your hair washed then you will be sitting around waiting for the next step. Definitely go somewhere more professional. It's not worth the wage of time. Today there was two hairdressers and five customers do the simple math, it won't work. How ridiculous.
Hi Amy, thank you for your comment, however I think you forgot to mention a few things..this is what actually happened... You called our salon on a busy saturday morning and said if we could fit you in..."anytime today" for a restyle. We accommodated you and slotted you into our busy schedule. You have very long think dry hair, so I offered you a treatment masque ($30rrp) for free. We also 2 x shampoo and 1 x conditioned your hair by a senior. All this was done prior to commencing the restyle.In actual fact you were only waiting approx 15 min in the chair. When I approached to commence the restyle, you were unhappy with all the free service so far,,, and.... you got up and walked out of the salon with wet hair!! Any business knows that complimentary treatments are free for services paid. You... had your hair treated, and professionally washed and conditioned .... for $0.
Also... I consider ALL my customers my Friends!, thank you for noticing!
Every time I walk out of this salon i feel like a new person!!! The experience in staff is outstanding! Very friendly, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere!
The price is fantastic for the expert service you receive. Family and friends all comment on how great my hair looks! Would recommend to everyone !!!
